iQ-WEBX 6.4.5 Officially Released

We are pleased to announce that a brand-new version of iQ-WEBX (version 6.4.5) is now available. iQ-WEBX is our complete solution for storing, viewing, and distributing medical imaging studies and reports. The latest version has been infused with many features that both users and administrators will find very helpful.

What’s new in iQ-WEBX 6.4.5?

  • Integration of iQ-4VIEW - our diagnostic zero-footprint viewer for any client
  • Complete 64-bit architecture
    • The iQ-WEB core and all web components are now 64-bit applications for high-volume scalability
  • Emergency management with priority routing
    • Deliver new patient studies to emergency stations first using the new priority control of the automatic routing.
  • Increased synchronization speed
    • Server synchronization jobs now allow multiple, simultaneous associations to a remote node. This way, less time is spent on synchronizing local or remote archives.
  • Breast tomosynthesis support

IIS achieves VistA Imaging HL7 and DICOM compliance validation with iQ-SYSTEMS PACS

IMAGE Information Systems' iQ-SYSTEMS PACS has achieved the latest HL7 and DICOM compliance validation for VistA Imaging, a division of the Veterans Health Administration which handles all imaging needs inside of select US government facilities throughout the United States and its US territories. This includes the Veterans Affairs Administration (VA) and Indian Reservations (IHS).

This recent 2015 validation allows IMAGE Information Systems iQ-SYSTEMS PACS solutions to be distinguished and placed on an internal approval list for purchases by US government controlled facilities and provides IMAGE with an edge for capturing imaging projects within these facilities. A specialized interface was also developed by IMAGE that is compatible with VistA's RPMS solution. This allows our products to work seamlessly within the VistA workflow and has been well received by those who use it.
