Out now: iQ-RIS 3.3

We are pleased to announce that iQ-RIS 3.3 has just been released. Find out below what our development labs have included this time to make the radiology workflow even more speedy and efficient.

Feature Highlights:

  • Increased EMR performance to quickly open medical records independently of the total data volume in the database
  • iQ-RIS 3.3 is now validated for Windows 8 (and higher) operating systems
  • Appointment notes can now be customized with free text, logo and required study preparations (e.g. empty stomach)
  • Reports can be printed directly from the Report window; additional status information is given on whether and when/by whom a report has been printed already in order to avoid double printing
  • Configurable triggers to speed up the reporting workflow: e.g. study status is automatically set to “completed” when radiologists marks a report as “completed” or “verified”
  • Added shortcuts for easier navigation inside the Report window
  • Previous patient reports can be easily selected from a newly added list in the Report window; as a special feature, relevant prior studies are highlighted (e.g. same body region or modality, such as CT Abdomen) to ease the radiologist´s work
  • Synchronized access to study reports in order to avoid double reporting; physician gets notified if a report is currently being written by someone else
  • Viewer interface now offers support for Syngo.plaza (Siemens) and Pacs viewer (INFINITT)
