If after the installation of iQ-ROBOT 1.0.1 the Robot Service is not running or installed due to insufficient ’side-by-side’ configurations and you are prompted to reinstall the application, please click on the following link and download the VC++ Redistributable. The Redistributable will install the missing files on your computer. Now you should be able to install the iQ-ROBOT Service.
