Why does the communication between iQ-VIEW and iQ-ROBOT not work?
Answer
Please check the following:
- Did you enter the correct IP address of the computer where the Robot Service is running on?
- Port 443 is not blocked
- File and printer sharing is enabled on both computers
- You have not entered a hostname like localhost (Only IP-Addresses are valid for communication)
- Both computers (Client & Server) are in the same workgroup
- Both computers have a common account (username and password)
