Question

Does iQ-VIEW contain any measurement and calibration tools?

Answer

iQ-VIEW offers distance and angle measurements, including Cobb angle, as well as measurements of densities/intensities and text annotations. Starting from version 1.2.2 it is also possible to store those measurements in the local database (only PRO version) or to create secondary capture images including those annotations (both iQ-VIEW and iQ-VIEW PRO).

Measurements and annotations can also be modified and either be deleted individually or all at once. An additional calibration tool (since version 2.5.0) makes it possible to calibrate measurements for CR images, considering the oversize in those images. Following distance measurements are then calculated on the basis of that calibration. Also calibrations can be stored in the local database (only PRO version).

Starting from iQ-VIEW 2.6.0 further improvements will be made. Changes in an image, like measurements and annotations, can then be stored as presentation states and also be sent to other stations (only PRO version).

In iQ-3D, also 3D angles and 3D distances can be measured. It is further possible to perform multiple measurements in one image.
