Because this is a rare issue that is specific to the data in question, please send an anonymized sample of the images causing the hang up / crash to your local distributor.

Please also provide your distributor with the version of DICOMReader and information about the viewer (incl. version number) you are using.

To find out the version number of your DICOMReader, simply right-click the icon in the system tray and select 'About' from the menu.
