Configuration

This error message usually occurs when the customer uses very cheap / low quality disks. The robot device will burn these disks from time to time, but normally the burn job will be stopped as soon as the disk is in the drive. In that case, the log file will show the following message:

INFO: BURN: Drive contains an unknown media type or the recorder is empty
ERROR: Burning failed with code: [ffffffffc0aa0205]

To solve the problem, it is recommended to use blank disks of a higher quality.

Please note that this error message could also point to a hardware problem. If you already use medium or high quality disks for a long time and the problem is still persistent, you should contact your hardware supplier and ask for a new CD/DVD drive.
