 IMAGE Information Systems Ltd. was founded by the physician Arpad Bischof and Mike Thomas Jensen, MA, on December 22, 2003, as a limited partnership with headquarters in London, registered at Companies House (No. 5000 773). IMAGE Information Systems Ltd. develops, distributes and installs equipment for medical image data processing with special emphasis on the following four fields:
o Teleradiology,
o Viewing Station & 3D Image Processing,
o Image Data Storage, and
o Normal Paper Print Solutions.
Our company has an expert knowledge in the field of image data compression, medical interfaces and optimal integration of digital solutions into existing medical processes. Our team includes experienced radiologists, user-oriented picture and image specialists, a reliable service department, competent medical product consultants and flexible managers.
The products developed and distributed by IMAGE Information Systems Ltd. guarantees an economic storage, processing and output of radiological image data with an excellent price/performance ratio.
Our customers are predominantly hospitals, imaging centers and practicing doctors who require the ability to access medical image processing solutions at numerous different on and offsite locations.
Our Mission
We are a multicultural, young and flexible team of medical doctors, software and system engineers and businesspeople. We have made medical imaging our life and aspire to improve the medical imaging processes in hospitals and imaging centers. Our mission is to provide both best quality products and best services at reasonable costs. We develop integrated and easy-to-use tools; from users for users, to make the life of doctors and radiologists easier. Our highest priority lies in the satisfaction of our customers: intuitive user interfaces, software in local languages, easy and fast installation and low costs. Our Goal
We are expanding our distributors’ network around the world and plan to contract 80-150 long term distribution partners from all around the world by the end of 2009. Our intention is to grow successfully together with our partners and to create win-win-situations for all parties - client, distributor and manufacturer - and to become one of the top ten companies in the medical imaging market by 2010. We are planning to achieve this goal by using three lines of distribution: contracting distributors, working with relabeled manufacturers and performing direct marketing activities.
