Giuseppe Massa is a biomedical engineer and radiological technician working in the emergency department of the Azienda Ospedaliero-Universitaria Pisana, Santa Clara Hospital in Pisa, Italy.

In the Dipartimento di Emergenza Urgenza they use K-PACS as radiological finding application to create a departmental Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) and to conduct teleradiology with software that is open source based.
